Photocure ASA: Disclosure of large shareholdings - proxies received in connection with the AGM

Oslo, 24 April 2017: Photocure ASA (OSE: PHO).

Hans Peter Bøhn has received proxies to vote for 1,545,735 shares at the annual

general meeting of PHO on 27 April 2017 (the "AGM"), representing approx. 7 % of

the total shares and votes at the AGM. The proxies received are only valid for

the AGM and will lapse thereafter.
