SalMar - Notice of annual general meeting
SalMar ASA will hold its annual general meeting on Tuesday 6 June 2017 at 1:00
pm CET at the company's headquarters at Frøya. Please find the notice of the
Annual General Meeting (AGM) enclosed.
The board propose a dividend of NOK 12 per share for the 2016 fiscal year. The
dividend is payable to the company's shareholders as at the date of the AGM, 6
June 2017. Should the AGM resolve to pay a dividend, shares in SalMar ASA will
be traded ex-dividend of NOK 12 per share from 7 June 2017.
The company published its 2016 annual report on 26 April 2017. The report is
available at the company homepage, www.salmar.no, including other relevant
documents for the general meeting.
