SBULK-ME: Primary insider notification.
Arne Blystad, chairman of the board of Songa Bulk ASA ("Songa
Bulk"), through companies controlled by him, transferred 25,000
shares of Songa Bulk to each of AGMABLY AS, AKB AS and JJB AS, in
total 75,000 shares. The buyers are companies controlled by members
of Arne Blystad's immediate family. The transfer was made in
connection with the last private placement in Songa Bulk on the 10th
of February and the price was NOK 42 per share. The transfer was
made directly between the seller and buyers.
The total shareholding controlled by Arne Blystad is 4.711.900 of
shares.
