RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In accordance with section 251AA of the Corporations Act, African Petroleum Corporation Limited
(OAX: APCL) (African Petroleum or Company) advises that all resolutions put at the Annual
General Meeting of the Company held on 31 May 2017 were passed on a show of hands.
