Reference is made to the earlier stock exchange announcements made by Hunter

Group ASA ("Hunter Group" or the "Company") regarding the Company's acquisition

of all outstanding shares in Dwellop AS (the "Transaction").

An information memorandum regarding the Transaction has been prepared by Hunter

Group and approved by the Oslo Stock Exchange on 31 May 2017.
