Hunter Group ASA - Listing of consideration shares

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Hunter Group ASA

("Hunter Group" or the "Company") earlier today regarding the publication of an

information memorandum regarding the Company's acquisition of all outstanding

shares in Dwellop AS (the "Transaction").

Following the publication of the information memorandum, the 192,307,692

consideration shares (the "Consideration Shares") issued to the sellers of

Dwellop AS will be transferred to the ordinary ISIN of the Company in the VPS

system. As a result of the publication of the information memorandum, the

Consideration Shares are listed on Oslo Axess as of today 31 May 2017.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to section 5
