SHAREHOLDING DISCLOSURE

Geveran Trading Co. Ltd. ("Geveran"), a company indirectly

controlled by trusts established by Mr. John Fredriksen for

the benefit of his immediate family, has today sold 503 894

shares in Entra ASA ("Entra") (OSE: ENTRA). Following the

sale, Geveran holds 8 809 784 shares in Entra, representing

4.79 % of the shares and votes in the company. The foregoing

calculation is made based on 183 732 461 outstanding shares

in Entra. Geveran does not hold other shares or rights to

shares in Entra.
