Hunter Group ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

Ms. Anne Brit Børresen Sterri, Finance Manager, Dwellop AS,

(through Resonans Invest AS) has on 13 June 2017 purchased

600 000 shares in Hunter Group ASA (the "Company") at a

price of NOK 0,35 per share.

After the transaction, Ms Sterri owns 19 814 196 shares,

equal to 1,51% of the issued share capital and voting rights

in the Company.

This notification is made pursuant to Section 4-2 of the

Norwegian Securities Trading Act. Ms. Anne Brit Børresen

Sterri holds the position of Finance Manager in the

Company's subsidiary Dwellop AS.
