ALNG - Signed final agreement with Teekay LNG Partners L.P.

Reference is made to stock exchange releases by Awilco LNG

ASA (the "Company") on 18 May 2017 and 12 June 2017.

The Company is pleased to announce that the final agreement

with Teekay LNG Partners L.P. has been signed, and that all

conditions for the Private Placement are fulfilled. The new

shares issued in the Private Placement is expected to be

issued on or about 19 June 2017. The new shares issued in

the Private Placement will not be listed on Oslo Axess

before a listing prospectus has been prepared and published

by the Company, expected to take place the week starting 19

June 2017. Pending such listing, the new shares will be

delivered on a separate ISIN. The Company will issue a

separate stock exchange release when the share issue is

registered in the Norwegian Register of Business

Enterprises.

Enclosed is corrected Minutes of Meeting from the

Extraordinary general meeting held 12 June 2017.
