Entra ASA: Share buy-back in connection with share savings scheme for employees

Reference is made to the stock exchange release of 14 June 2017. 97 employees in

Entra have ordered a total of 128,926 shares in the share savings scheme for

employees.

Entra will purchase the shares for allocation under the share savings scheme in

accordance with the authorisation given on the general meeting on 27 April

2017. The share purchase will start today and the purchase price and the number

of shares acquired by the company will be reported in accordance with the

applicable regulations.
