Group CEO Arne Mjøs has today, through his company Arne Mjøs Invest

AS, sold 625.000 shares in Itera at a price of NOK 6,35 per share,

and purchased future contracts of 1,800,000 shares at a price price

of NOK 6,406 per share with expiration date on 21 September 2017.

That means his total holding in Itera is increased by 1,175,000

shares. New total holding is 18,576,998 shares and 3,900,000 shares

on futures contracts, in total 22,476,998 (27.3%). In addition, he

has 980,000 options.

CFO Bent Hammer has today purchased 30,000 shares at a price of NOK

6.35. New total holding is 130,000 shares and 180,000 options.

EVP Jon Erik Høgberg has today purchased 25,000 shares at a price of

NOK 6.35. New total holding is 501,944 shares and 302,000 options.

Communications Director Ane Gjennestad has today through her company

Triceps AS purchased 20,000 shares at a price of NOK 6.35. New total

holding is 50,000 shares and 96,000 options.

Itera ASA has today purchased 250,000 shares at a price of NOK 6.35

as part of its employee share purchase programme. New total holding

is 1,215,455 shares
