employees in the Group. New total holding is 971,935 shares.

Communications Director Ane Gjennestad has through her company

Triceps AS purchased 3,063 shares. New total holding is 53,063

shares and 96,000 options.

Oddvar Håland, CEO of subsidiary Compendia, has purchased 3,063

shares. New total holding is 3.063 shares and 136.000 options.

Odd Khalifi, board member, has purchased 3,063 shares. New total

holding is 13.063 shares.

EVP Kristian Enger has purchased 3,063 shares. New total holding is
