Wiborg Kapitalforvaltning AB which is indirectly controlled by Ragnhild Wiborg

(chair of the board of directors of EAM Solar ASA), has today acquired 3,000

shares at a price of NOK 43.40 per share in EAM Solar ASA ("EAM"). After the

acquisition Ragnhild Wiborg and her associated companies hold 3,000 shares in

EAM, representing 0.06 % of the shares and votes in EAM.
