CORRECTION: EMGS - Mandatory notification of trades

This is a correction of the announcement from 07.07.2017 10:28 CET.

The following primary insiders of Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS) have,

on 7 July 2017, been allocated the following number of shares at NOK 2.45 per

share in the Rights Issue:

Siem Investments Inc. (Siem) has been allocated 14,025,201 shares. After this

transaction Siem will own 21,869,450 shares, representing 23.9% of the shares in

EMGS

Perestroika AS has been allocated 13,566,990 shares. After this transaction

Perestroika AS will own 20,560,847 shares, representing 22.5% of the shares in

EMGS

RWC European Focus Master Inc. (RWC) has been allocated 13,566,990 shares. After

this transaction RWC will own 18,074,938 shares, representing 19.8% of the

shares in EMGS.

Laburnum AS, a company owned by the chairman Eystein Eriksrud, has been

allocated 150,000 shares. After this transaction Laburnum AS will own 178,013

shares, representing 0.2% of the shares in EMGS.

MKB Invest AS, a company owned by board member Mimi K. Berdal, has been

allocated 26,819 shares. After this transaction MKB Invest AS will own 41,819

shares, representing 0.05% of the shares in EMGS.
