Aalborg, Denmark, 12 July 2017 – Asetek today announced an increase of its contract with the United States Department of Defense (DoD) Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP).
Asetek's contract with the DoD, initiated in October 2013, is focused on studying the benefits ofAsetek's RackCDU Direct-to-Chip (D2C) liquid cooling technology in a DoDdata center.
This amendment supports installation of our In-RackCDUproduct line at a new site: One of DoD's largest HPCdata centers.
The DoDhas therefore increased contract funding by USD1.2 million to a total value of USD3.7 million. The incremental funds are expected to be spent over the coming three quarters. The program is extended through May 2018.
