AKERBP: Allocation of shares to primary insiders - Share purchase program

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated June 6,

2017 regarding subscription of shares in the company's

annual share savings program for employees. The shares in

the program were offered at a 20 percent discount and are

subject to a three-year lock-up during which employees will

not be allowed to sell the shares. The following primary

insiders have been allocated shares in the program, at a

price of NOK 141.2365 per share:

- Karl Johnny Hersvik, CEO: 1,416 shares. Following this

transaction, Karl Johnny Hersvik holds 1,416 shares in Aker

BP ASA.

- Øyvind Bratsberg, SVP Special projects: 4,743 shares.

Following this transaction, Øyvind Bratsberg holds 53,848

shares in Aker BP ASA.

- Alexander Krane, CFO: 4,248 shares. Following this

transaction, Alexander Krane holds 16,248 shares in Aker BP

ASA.
