EAM Solar ASA : Minutes of Extraordinary General Meeting 8 August 2017

EAM Solar ASA conducted an Extraordinary General Meeting in its offices at

Dronningen 1, Oslo, today.

A total of 2,360,594 shares equivalent to 46.56% of the total shares in the

company were represented through participation or proxy.

All decisions where passed unanimously and in accordance with the proposal made

by the Board of Directors.
