EAM Solar ASA : Disclosure of shareholdings

Wiborg Kapitalforvaltning AB, a company controlled by Ragnhild Wiborg,

chairperson of the board of directors of EAM Solar ASA, has subscribed for

1,000 new shares in the rights issue of EAM Solar ASA. Allocation of new shares

in the rights issue is expected to take place on or about 29 August 2017, and

the number of shares allocated to Wiborg Kapitalforvaltning AB will only be

known at that time. The rights issue is being carried out at a subscription

price of NOK 24 per share.
