Asetek Settles Dispute with Cooler Master, CMI

Asetek A/S (ASETEK.OL) today announced that its subsidiary Asetek Danmark A/S,

CMI USA, Inc., and Cooler Master Co., Ltd. have reached a confidential

settlement agreement to resolve their disputes in the action styled Asetek

Danmark A/S v. CMI USA, Inc. and Cooler Master Co., Ltd. (Case No. 3:13-cv-00457

JST), per the entry of the Final Consent Judgment and Stipulated Dismissal by

the District Court for the Northern District of California.
