Selvaag Bolig ASA: invitation to capital markets update

Selvaag Bolig ASA is pleased to invite investors, analysts, media and other

stakeholders to a capital markets update on Thursday 9 November 2017 in Oslo.

We will provide an update on our strategy and financial development, and discuss

the market and company outlook. Our third-quarter results will be released on

the same day and presented at the event.

Presentations will be given by CEO Baard Schumann, CFO Sverre Molvik and Nejra

Macic from Prognosesenteret, an independent market analysis company which

specialises in the Nordic construction and property markets. Directors of our

company will also be present at the event and available during breaks and at the

lunch.

All presentations will be given in Norwegian, with supporting material in

English. Both the Q3 presentation and the capital markets update will also be

made available as a webcast.
