Oslo Børs approves Self Storage Group ASA for listing on

Oslo Børs.

At its meeting on 19 October 2017, Oslo Børs resolved to

admit the shares in Self Storage Group ASA to listing on

Oslo Børs.

Oslo Børs resolved to grant an exemption from the listing

requirements regarding three years' history, cf. the Listing

Rules sections 2.3.1 and 2.3.2.

The exemption is granted due to the fact that the activity

has existed, however in other juridical units.

For a transitional period, the board of directors may

include a representative of the company's executive

management, cf. the Listing Rules section 2.3.5 (2).

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of

listing must satisfy the other listing requirements on Oslo

Børs.

The Chief Executive Officer of Oslo Børs is authorized to

determine the date of the first day of listing, which is to

be no later than 1 December 2017.
