Moved ownership of shares
CEO John Aalling of Itera's Danish subsidiary has today moved the
remaining 15,000 shares in Itera ASA (ITE) from his personal holding
company Potten Aps to direct private ownership. The transaction was
executed with a price of NOK 6.50 per share. New total holding is
unchanged at 119,165 shares and 108,000 options.
