Oslo, November 23, 2017: The Board of Directors of Scatec Solar ASA ('SSO') call

for an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at the Company's registered

office in Karenslyst Allé 49, 0279 Oslo (4(th) floor) on 14 December 2017 at

09:00 (CET) for the purpose of electing a new Member of the Board of Directors.

The complete Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting is enclosed, and will
