HAVYARD GROUP ASA - 2017 Q3 results

- EBIT of MNOK -24.4(-7.7%)in third quarter of 2017.

- EBIT of MNOK -35.0(-3.6%) YTD 2017.

2017 will be, as previously announced, a year of low activity on the shipyard. The Group's operating profit so far in 2017 is slightly weaker than expected and the target of positive operating profit for the Group in 2017 will not be met. The main reason why the target is not reached is lower activity than expected in several of the segments.
