In connection with the extraordinary general meeting (the "EGM") of Opera

Software ASA (the "Company") to be held on  December 18, 2017 , the chairman of

the board Audun W. Iversen has received proxies with no voting instructions for

12,593,730 shares, representing 8.43% of the total number of shares in the

Company. The proxies are valid only for the EGM. In addition, Audun Iversen

himself holds 50,000 shares in the company through Naben AS, 100% owned by

Iversen.
