Summons to bondholders meeting
Beerenberg Holdco II AS (the "Company") today summons to a bondholders' meeting in its BBERG02 bond issue to request certain amendments to the bond agreement.
On 18 December 2017, Beerenberg Holdco II AS announced its intra-group merger in order to simplify the Company's structure as part of its assessment of strategic alternatives, which includes a potential initial public offering (IPO) on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
The proposal to bondholders includes, inter alia, changes to the permitted distributions definition in the bond agreement, in an event where an IPO is carried out.
