Cancellation of Bondholders' Meeting

Nordic Trustee AS (the "Bond Trustee") acts as trustee for the holders of bonds in the abovementioned bond issue in the total outstanding amount of NOK 850,000,000 issued by Beerenberg Holdco II AS (the "Issuer").

Further reference is made to the Summons to Bondholders' Meeting dated 25 January 2018 to be held on 8 February 2018 (the "Bondholders' Meeting").

Please be informed that the Issuer has instructed the Bond Trustee to cancel the Bondholders' Meeting.
