Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 25th January 2018 and the summons for a bondholders' meeting in BBERG02 bond issue on the 8th of February 2018.

The Issuer has informed the Trustee that the scheduled bondholders' meeting in BBERG02 on the 8th February 2018 has been cancelled.

Copy of the withdrawal notice is enclosed hereto.
