Reference is made to stock exchange announcement 13.12.2018 concerning the increase of share capital.

The new share capital of NOK 6,526 268.20, divided into 65 262 682 shares each with par value of NOK 0.10 is now registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
