Songa Bulk ASA: Extraordinary general meeting - final cash dividend amount

Oslo, 20 March 2018: Reference is made to the announcement by Songa Bulk ASA (the "Company") published on 1 March 2018 regarding key information on the proposed distribution of a cash dividend. The dividend is subject to the approval by the general meeting to be held on 22 March 2018.

The proposed resolution includes a dividend amount stated in NOK and to be paid in NOK. Based on today's exchange rate obtained by the Company, the NOK equivalent of USD 0.10 per share amounts to NOK 0.7691 per share. The total dividend amount proposed by the board is NOK 27,579,926.

Subject to the approval by the general meeting, the shares will trade ex-dividend from and including 23 March 2018.
