EXERCISE OF SHARE OPTIONS AND CAPITAL INCREASE

Self Storage Group ASA has issued 100,000 shares to an employee, pursuant to an exercise of pre-existing share options. After registration of the new shares, the share capital of the Company will be increased to NOK 6,536,268.20, consisting of 65,362,682 shares each with NOK 0.10 in par value.
