BerGenBio ASA: Board approval of 2017 annual financial statement

Bergen, Norway, 5 April 2018 - The Board of Directors in BerGenBio ASA (the"Company") (OSE: BGBIO) approved the 2017 annual financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The statements are in accordance with the preliminary 2017 annual financial statements published on 13 February 2018.

The annual report 2017 will be made available on BerGenBio ASA's web site www.bergenbio.com in April 2018. BerGenBio ASA's annual general meeting will be held on 14 May 2018.
