The Board of Directors of RomReal Ltd has approved on Thursday 12 April 2018
after the close of business, the 2017 annual report including the 2017 audited
financial statements, and the 2017 audit report. Please see attached the 2017
annual report and audit report.
Please note that the 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at
Burnaby Building, 16 Burnaby street, Hamilton, HM11, Bermuda on 20 April 2018 at
13.00 Bermuda Time. Please find attached the complete notice and proxy form.
