Hunter Group ASA - Approval of annual accounts 2017

The Board of Directors of Hunter Group ASA has today approved the Annual

Accounts for 2017. The report includes a minor change in tax cost compared with

the Q4 Financial Report published on 13 February 2018.

The General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 9 May 2018 at Ro Sommernes

Notice of General Meeting, annual report and agenda with attachments will be
