Entra ASA : Changes in corporate management

Oslo, 24 April 2018 - Entra appoints new head of digital and business

development and strengthens core operations with new leadership for property

management and project development.

Åse Lunde (44) has been appointed EVP of Digital and Business Development. Lunde

holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management and is an Executive Master

of Management in innovation, branding and digital communications management. She

has extensive experience with digital business development and has previous

experience from Nordea and Nordnet Bank, among others.

Per Ola Ulseth (51) has been appointed new EVP of Project Development. Ulseth

holds a Master of Science in Engineering and a Master's degree in Technology

Management. He has broad expertise in project and technology management and has

previous experience from among others Faveo Prosjektledelse, Skanska and

Veidekke. Ulseth is currently director of projects with Rambøll Norway. He will

take up his position with Entra in the autumn of 2018.

Ove Ågedal has been acting EVP of Project Development since 1 January 2018, and

will at his own request return to the position as senior project manager with

Entra when Ulseth joins.

The operation and management of real estate is an important part of Entra's core

business. To achieve a more comprehensive development of our operation and

management function, Entra is now choosing to depart from a regional structure

with two executive directors, to gather this in a unit headed by Sonja Horn

(44). Since autumn 2017 Horn has been responsible for heading Entra's digital

efforts. Prior to that she has held the position as EVP for operations and

management of Entra's portfolio in Oslo since 2013.

Entra's executive management will now have the following composition:

Arve Regland, CEO

Anders Olstad, CFO

Sonja Horn, EVP Property Management

Anders Solaas, EVP Letting and Property Development

Åse Lunde, EVP Digital and Business Development.

Per Ola Ulseth, EVP Project Development from autumn 2018. Ove Ågedal is acting

in the position until Ulseth joins.
