ALNG - Disclosure of voting proxies at AGM
The Chairman of the Board of Awilco LNG ASA, Sigurd E. Thorvildsen, has received proxies to vote for a total of 12,086,467 shares, equivalent to 9.12 % of the share capital and voting rights of Awilco LNG ASA, at the annual general meeting to be held on 26 April 2018. The proxies are unconditional and only apply to the mentioned general meeting.
