Hunter Group ASA - Disclosure of large shareholding

Reference is made to the Hunter Group ASA's (the "Company") annual general

meeting as of 9 May 2018, whereby the general meeting resolved the private

placement of NOK 172 500 000 (the "Private Placement").

Sundt AS, has today subscribed for and been allocated 15,218,000 shares in the

Company, at a price of NOK 2.30 per share. Including 0 shares previously held,

Sundt AS will have an aggregate holding of 15,218,000 shares in the Company,

corresponding to 7.38% of the share capital of the Company.

Songa Trading Inc., has today subscribed for and been allocated 15,218,000

shares in the Company, at a price of NOK 2.30 per share. Including 7,200,001

shares previously held, Songa Trading Inc. will have an aggregate holding of 22

418 001 shares in the Company, corresponding to 10.87% of the share capital of

the Company.
