At the Apptix ASA shareholder meeting today a private placement of NOK 27,008,000 representing 81,105,107 new shares, was resolved. The new share capital will be NOK 54,124,249.82 representing a total of 162,535,285 shares.

As a consequence the shareholdings of the following insiders have changed:

Windchange Invest AB, a company controlled by Johan Lindqvist, subscribed for 27,226,577 new shares. Following this transaction Johan Lindqvist holds directly and indirectly through Windchange Invest AB and Windchange AS, a total of 38,381,636 shares, representing 23,61 %.

Jannerberg Invest AB, a company controlled by Jesper Jannerberg, subscribed for 19,199,648 new shares. Following this transaction Jesper Jannerberg holds through Jannerberg Invest AB a total of 19,199,648 shares, representing 11,81 %.

Hugosson Inwest AB, a company controlled by Niclas Hugosson, subscribed for 15,941,919 new shares. Following this transaction Niclas Hugosson holds through Hugosson Inwest AB a total of 15,941,919 shares, representing 9,81 %.

Højer Invest AB, a company controlled by Dennis Højer, subscribed for 8,691,104 new shares. Following this transaction Dennis Højer holds through Højer Invest AB a total of 8,691,104 shares, representing 5,35 %.
