Bergen, Norway, 14 May 2018 - The Annual General Meeting of BerGenBio ASA was
held at Møllendalsbakken 9, 5009 Bergen, on 14 May 2018.
All proposals were resolved as presented in the notice convening the annual
general meeting distributed on 23 April 2018, as further set out in the minutes
from the annual general meeting attached hereto.
