Entra ASA : Purchase of own shares

Reference is made to the stock exchange release on 8 May 2018 announcing the

purchase of own shares to cover the 2018 share savings scheme for employees.

As part of this program, Entra ASA purchased 17,245 own shares on 15 May 2018.

The shares were purchased at an average price of NOK 115.6.

Entra ASA now holds 106,904 shares which equals the number of shares ordered in

the share savings scheme for employees. The share buy-back program is now

completed. After distribution to the employees Entra will hold 0 shares.
