EAM Solar ASA conducted its Annual General Meeting in its offices at Dronningen

1, Oslo, today.

A total of 2,628,902 shares equivalent to 38.366% of the total shares in the

Company were represented through participation or proxy.

All decisions where passed unanimously and in accordance with the proposal made

by the Board of Directors and the Company's Nomination Committee.
