Information Memorandum

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on April 17, 2018 concerning Apptix ASA's acquisition of all the shares in the Swedish company Evimeria EMR AB.

As required by Section 3.5 of the Continuing Obligations for Stock Exchange Listed Companies, an Information Memorandum related to the acquisition has been prepared by Apptix. The Information Memorandum was approved by the Oslo Stock Exchange on June 4, 2018.
