Hunter Group ASA - update listing of new shares

Oslo, 14 June 2018: Reference is made to the Hunter Group ASA's (the "Company")

primary private placement of NOK 172,5 million, resolved on the annual general

meeting of 9 May 2018 (the "Primary Private Placement"). The shares issued in

the Primary Private Placement, earlier registered on a separate ISIN, will today

be transferred to the ordinary ISIN of the Company, and become tradable on Oslo

Axess.

Further reference is made to the Company's secondary private placement with

gross proceeds of NOK 520 million, resolved on the extraordinary general meeting

of 13 June 2018 (the "Secondary Private Placement"). The shares under the

Secondary Private Placement are expected to be tradable on Oslo Axess on or

about Thursday 21 June 2018.
