BAKKAFROST: Allocations of Shares

P/F Bakkafrost has as a bonus to the employees for 2017, paid the following

primary insiders shares in P/F Bakkafrost based on the closing price on 14 June

2018:

Regin Jacobsen, CEO, was allocated 105 shares.

Gunnar Nielsen, CFO, was allocated 79 shares.

Odd Eliasen, Managing Director, was allocated 82 shares.

Annika Frederiksberg, Board Member and part of the sales team in Bakkafrost, was

allocated 34 shares.

After the transaction, the holding of Bakkafrost shares of the following primary

insiders are:

Regin Jacobsen, CEO, holds 4,495,051 shares.

Gunnar Nielsen, CFO, holds 1,529 shares.

Odd Eliasen, Managing Director, holds 172,944 shares.

Annika Frederiksberg, Board Member and part of the sales team in Bakkafrost,

holds directly and indirectly 15,503 shares.

All full-time employees from 2017, still employed in Bakkafrost, have received

bonus shares with a total value of 2% of paid out salary in 2017. In total,

Bakkafrost has allocated 14,206 shares to its employees, including the shares to

the primary insiders, as a bonus to the employees for 2017.

The transaction was allocated based on the closing share price on 14 June 2018,

which was NOK 463.80 per share, corresponding to DKK 366.54 per share.
