Entra ASA : Acquires two land plots in Bergen
Entra has acquired two land plots in Johannes Bruns gate 16/16A and Nygårdsgaten
91/93 in Bergen for a total consideration of NOK 135 mill. The land plots are
adjacent to Lars Hilles gate 30 where Entra has developed the property Media
City Bergen through Entra OPF.
Entra plans to build a new office property on the land plots, supplementing the
project in Lars Hilles gate 30 and further strengthening Entra's position in
Bergen. Current zoning allows for a new-build of approximately 12,500 sqm.
