Itera ASA has as a part of its new employee share purchase programme sold 199,633 shares at a price of NOK 9.04 to a total of 98 employees in the Group. New total holding is 2,229,542 shares.

The following purchasers are primary insiders:

EVP Jon Erik Høgberg has purchased 2,212 shares. New total holding is 507,219 shares and 247,880 options.

Communications Director Ane Gjennestad has through her company Triceps AS purchased 2,212 shares. New total holding is 105,275 shares and 87,280 options.

Oddvar Håland, CEO of subsidiary Compendia, has purchased 2,212 shares. New total holding is 42,155 shares and 62,640 options.
