Issue of consideration shares relating to the acquisition of Minilageret AS

Oslo, 27 June 2018. Self Storage Group ASA has today issued 371,429 new shares to the selling shareholder of Minilageret AS, as part settlement of the remaining part of the purchase price for Minilageret AS. Minilageret AS was acquired in June 2017. After registration of the new shares, the new share capital will be NOK 6,573,411.10, divided into 65,734,111 shares with par value NOK 0.10.
