CFO Resignation

Lier, 29 June 2018: Chief Financial and Strategic Officer, Petter Schouw-Hansen,

has decided to leave his position after 7.5 years with Kid to pursue

opportunities in Gjelsten Holding AS. He will continue in his current position

until a new CFO is in place and a successful handover is completed. Kid will

immediately initiate a recruiting process for a new CFO. Mr. Schouw-Hansen holds

32.258 shares in Kid ASA as of 29thJune 2018.

"After 7.5 years in the company, I have decided that the time is right for a

career change to take on new challenges and broaden my perspective on other

companies and industries. Based on our longstanding business relationship, I

shared this information with the major shareholder and we found a solution where

I can achieve these goals as a part of the Gjelsten Holding team, while ensuring

a flexible transition as well as continuity of my involvement in Kid. I would
