Disclosure of voting rights - proxies received in connection with EGM

In connection with the extraordinary general meeting of Sevan Marine ASA to be held on 6 July 2018 (the "EGM"), each of attorneys Marianne Sahl Sveen and Karl Erik Navestad, both of Arntzen de Besche Advokatfirma AS, acting separately, have received proxy based voting rights for 22,893,631 shares, representing 43.52 per cent of the votes in the Company. Each of Ms. Sveen and Mr. Navestad are authorized to act separately. Only one of the proxies will attend the meeting and exercise voting rights in the general meeting. The proxies are granted by Teekay Service Holdings Cooperatief U.A. and are given without voting instructions. The proxies are only valid for the EGM and will lapse immediately thereafter.
