Sevan Marine refers to the earlier stock exchange

notice from Friday 06 July, regarding the decision by

the shareholders meeting to sell parts of its business

to SembCorp Marine Integrated Yards Pte Ltd. ("SCM").

Sevan Marine has received an exemption from the

Information Memorandum requirement from Oslo Stock

Exchange based on the condition that it publishes the

second quarter and first half 2018 financial results

using IFRS 5 by 19 July 2018. Sevan Marine had

originally scheduled to release its second quarter and

first half 2018 financial results on 28 August 2018.

Sevan Marine has now scheduled to release its second

quarter and first half 2018 financial results on 10

July 2018.

A seperate press release with call in details for the

second quarter presentation will be sent out later.
